Colts Camp

Colts Camp is an after-school program that ends at 6 p.m. on days school is in session. The enrollment fee is $30 per child or $40 per family. The program is offered on a full-time basis only, and the cost is $14 per day. Colts Camp is closed on Fun Day. (Typically, in May)  We also have a morning Colts Camp from 7:25 am to 7:55 am.  The cost is $4 per day and is only offered on a full-time basis.

We operate on a rotation schedule that includes 15 minutes for snacks provided by Colts Camp, 30 minutes of homework time, and 2 45-minute rotations to include outside/gym time, board games, bean bag toss, card games, Lego, arts and crafts, and computer time. The rotations are divided by grades, with kindergarten and 1st grade together, 2nd and 3rd, and 4th and 5th.

You may not apply for the waitlist if your child is not enrolled at Cassidy.  All incoming Kindergarten students must be enrolled (typically registration begins in February)at Cassidy before applying. I usually let families know sometime in March if they have been accepted into the program via email. I also add students throughout the year, if spots become available.

We have moved to a new billing system.  All payments are made through SmartCare.  Once you are enrolled in one of our programs, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to set up your account.  Once you download the SmartCare app and set up your billing information, payments will automatically be debited monthly from your account.  With the SmartCare app you will also have access to receipts, balances, and tax forms.  We will no longer accept cash, or checks.
